What time is check-in and check-out? Can check-out time be extended?

Regular check-in time is from 3:00 pm. We will keep your baggage for you until you actually check-in, if you go through check-in procedures before 3:00 pm. Regular check-out time is 11:00 am.After 11:00 am, you will be charged 10% of the room rate for every hour until you check-out. Check-out time may be extended until 2:00 pm. You will be charged for one night after 2:00 pm.

What is the cancel charge?

Namba Dotonbori Hotel basically does not charge for cancellations.However, we ask that you contact the hotel by telephone to cancel your reservation. There may be cases when cancellation charges incur when there is no notification of cancellation.

Can we ask for massage services in our room?

The front desk will receive requests for massages. Operating hours for massages are from 8:00 pm to 2:00 am. The fee is 3,800 yen for 40 minutes.

What is the time frame for breakfast and what is on the breakfast menu?

Breakfast is from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, with a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes served buffet style.Please enjoy our home baked bread. We also serve authentic dim sum dishes such as steamed dumplings along with the traditional menu of rice, miso soup, grilled fish, cooked dishes, salad, fruit, and various drinks.
The breakfast hall is located on the basement floor, one floor below the frontdesk.Breakfast fee is regularly 1000 yen (tax and service charges included) per person.Breakfast tickets may be purchased the previous day in advance, for 900 yen.

Are credit cards accepted?

The following credit cards are accepted : VISA, JCB, American Express, Diner’s Club, UC, DC, UFJ Card, Master Card, Saison Card, and Debit Card.

Is there a convenience store nearby?

Tac Mate is located in front of the hotel, and am pm is 3 minutes away on foot. Please ask for directions to the stores at the front desk.

I have a small child and wish to sleep alongside my child in the same bed.

A child who is 6 or older is considered one　grown up person just like you. If　your child is under 6 years old, you can share the bed with the child.（free of charge)

Is there a coin laundry in the hotel?

There is a coin laundry on the first floor. Please inform the front desk of your use.The detergent are free.

The refrigerator in the room is empty. Are there any vending machines in the hotel?

Vending machines for drinks (tea, juice, mineral water), liquor (beer, low-malt beer, shochu and soda water, whisky), and snacks are available at market prices on the 5th and 7th floors. Ice machines and microwave ovens are also provided for use free of charge.

Does the hotel provide a trouser press?

There are 2 trouser presses per floor (next to the elevator).Please feel free to use it in your room.

What amenity goods are provided?

Toothbrush set (with medicated toothpaste), razor(with shaving cream), hair brush, rinse, shampoo, body soap, body sponge, cotton pads, cotton buds, green tea, Japanese plum and kelp tea, slippers (may take for home use) are provided. We also provide a ladies’ set (cleansing sheet, washing foam, lotion, milky lotion, hair clip) for those ladies who request it.

Is there a parking lot?

There is no parking lot on the hotel premises. Guests are directed to nearby parking lots at inexpensive rates. Full sized cars with 3 number classified license plates, and high roof wagon type cars up to 2 meters may also use the parking lots. Rate example:3:00 pm to 12:00 noon of the next day (Advance payment )2,000 yen per night.

I feel that care should be taken when drinking water during traveling.

Mineral water (one 500 ml plastic bottle) is provided free of charge in the refrigerator of each room. For additional bottles, please purchase mineral water from the vending machines.
