What time is check-in and check-out? Can check-out time be extended?

Regular check-in time is from 3:00 pm. We will keep your baggage for you until you actually check-in, if you go through check-in procedures before 3:00 pm. Regular check-out time is 11:00 am.After 11:00 am, you will be charged 10% of the room rate for every hour until you check-out. Check-out time can be extended until 2:00 pm. You will be charged for one night after 2:00 pm.

What is the cancel charge?

Namba Dotonbori Hotel basically does not charge for cancellations.However, we ask that you contact the hotel by telephone to cancel your reservation by a day before. The full cancellation charges incur when there is no notification of cancellation. For the group reservation more than 15persons,80% on the day ,20% on the day before,10% on 9days ahead for cancellation./li>

Is there any curfew?

We open 24hours and no curfew.When you go outside,please leave your room key at front desk.

In case thatI have left something behind in the room?

Please call 06-6213-9040(reception).We dispose of food and drinks for the hygiene.

We would like to leave our baggage before check in...

What is the time frame for breakfast and what is on the breakfast menu?

Breakfast is from 7:00 am to 9:30 am, with a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes served buffet style.Please enjoy our home baked bread. We also serve authentic dim sum dishes such as sandwiches and hotdogs along with the traditional menu of rice, miso soup, grilled fish, cooked dishes, salad, fruit, and various drinks. The breakfast hall is located on B1 floor,Breakfast is regularly 980 yen (tax and service charges included) per person.Breakfast tickets may be purchased the previous day in advance, for 880 yen. Is there a convenience store nearby?

"Lawson" is located right in front of the hotel, and am pm is 3 minutes away on foot. Please ask for directions to the stores at the front desk.

Is there a parking lot?

There is no parking lot on the hotel property. Guests are directed to parking lot nearby 1,500jpy for over night 15:00~12:00(noon)next day. For the time extnding, hourly 400jpy. Car size 5.3 length, 1.9 width, 2.0 height 2.3t weight.Full sized cars with 3 number classified license plates, and high roof wagon type cars up to 2 meters may also use the parking lots.

We have a small child and wish to sleep alongside my child in the same bed...

If your child is under 6 years old, you can share a bed with the child only in the twin room or triple room.（free of charge) A child who is 6 or older is considered one　grown up person.

How early can we make booking?

Can we have party in the room?

Please refrain from the party in the room.It may annoy the other guests in the neighbor.For the party,please use the launge in the lobby after pm 9:30. It will be open as a free space after business closed.

Does the hotel provide a trouser press?

There are 2 trouser presses per floor (next to the elevator).Please feel free to use it in your room.

Is there a coin laundry in the hotel?

There is a pair of coin laundry machine each on 5th and 7th floor.The detergent are free. Washer 200jpy/30min, dryer 100jpy/45min.Please prepare 100jpy coins beforehead.

Are credit cards accepted?

The following credit cards are accepted : VISA, JCB, American Express, Diner’s Club, UC, DC, UFJ Card, Master Card, Saison Card, and Debit Card.

Is there non-smoking room?

Yes,we have.The number of non-smoking rooms are limited.Non-smoking rooms are sometimes fully occupied. All the rooms(both smoking and non-smoking) has a air purifer and deodorizing spray.

Do you have the room with a fine view?

The building is standinging at West and East side and some room are facing the wall.The highest floor is 8F and we cannot say the other rooms have fine view.

Is there any room which has bidet in the bathroom?

What amenity goods are provided?

Toothbrush set (with medicated toothpaste), razor(with shaving cream), hair brush, rinse, shampoo, body soap, body towel, cotton pads, green tea, Japanese plum and kelp tea, slippers (may take for home use) are provided. We also provide a ladies’ set (cleansing sheet, washing foam, lotion, milky lotion, hair band) for the ladies.

Is there LAN accesibility in the room?

Yes, all the rooms have high speed internet access(100Mbps at best).It is free. Rental PC are available.(1,000jpy per night)at reception or please bring your own notebook. Please refer to the direction for internet connecting in the room. PC itself is not in the room. Please do connection and setting by yourself.Please bring the pc with LAN terminal. We are not liable for the support of the PC setting and also virus and lost data in your PC. There are also PCs in the lobby (1F).Please feel free to use it.(free)

Do you have laundry service?

Yes,please bring your washings in the laundry bag in the desk to reception.If you bring it by 10:00,it will be finished 18:00. But on Sundays,New years days and national holidays,the service is closed.

Can we have massage services in our room?

The front desk will receive requests for massages. Hours ... from 8:00 pm to 2:00 am. The fee is 3,800 yen for 40 minutes.
